The CAC holds two member art shows (Spring/Fall) hosted by the Hamburg Public Library.
Membership dues must be paid for the year for entry.

Saturday and Sunday, July 10th and 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If you need exhibit applications, you may pick them up at the Schoolhouse or by calling Sue Almond at 649-6170.
Festival Registration must be post-marked by midnight July 1, 2010. You may enter one piece for judging to win a monetary prize.
This is the fifth year the CAC has joined with the Village and the second in conjunction with the Garden Walk. Please support our efforts.
Whether you show your work or not, do come, have a good time and support the artists and artisans from our community.
Summer Art Camp for Children
Summer Art Camp for Children For children ages 6 –13 years Color your world Tuesdays and Wednesdays July 13 & 14 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Make a tie-dye painter’s cap/hand painted floor mat Sun & Surf Wednesday, July 21 All Day Workshop 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Driftwood painting/ 3D collage Fanciful Faces July 27 and 28 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Papier mache masks/ make, paint, decorate Price per week for 2 sessions: $25.00 plus $5.00 materials fee Pre registration is required. Classes are not held for less than 8 students. No more than 20 students will be admitted. Instructors are Judi Witt and Terry Walkowski, art teachers who hold Masters’ degrees and are artists with years of experience teaching and creating art. Plein Air Painting
Dust off your plein air painting supplies, dust off your portable easel and think Spring as we begin our plein air painting season on May 5th this year (weather permitting)
Sketching and painting outdoors is a thrilling and adventurous way to improve your skills and make new friends.
We meet each Tuesday at 10 am at different and beautiful locations.
We are now compiling our list of sites to paint and draw. All are welcome to attend, members and non-members alike. Our list will be available by April 1. Please call Rita Metzger at 648-6739 for information.

Tuesdays, 12 noon to 2:30 Thursday Evenings July 1 - August 5 Time: 7 to 9 p.m. Cost: $40 for 4 classes Six weekly sessions are offered. Choose any four of the six weeks to fit your busy summer schedule. Students wishing to take five or all six classes can make arrangements with the instructor. Adult Pen & Ink Drawing with Lynn Jay
Call
Learn the beautiful and timeless art of drawing in pen & ink. A variety of techniques will be taught to students from beginners to the more advanced. As students advance, they may choose to add color to their work with watercolor. Students will work together on a class project to gain proficiency with the pen before progressing to subject matter of their choice.
